Over half of Hillsdale College Students work on campus. Why?
On-campus work fits well with academic life: flexible hours and jobs relevant to your coursework help your work life to be a supplement to your education. Students receive performance evaluations and merit raises that prepare them for life after Hillsdale.
A few more details and stats:
Most students employed on campus work approximately 5-10 hours per week.
With few exceptions, Hillsdale College pays you directly, not with a tuition remission. In other words, you receive a monthly paycheck!
Like any healthy employment environment, Hillsdale College provides you with the opportunity to work your way to the top.
